GrindHeim was never intended to be just another housing project.
We are developing a new way of creating homes, communities, and local production systems that are healthier for people, more resilient for society, and better for the planet.

At Åsen, Site 4016, we are now preparing for the next phase of development. Building Stage 2 marks the transition from concept and prototype into a scalable model that can be replicated across Norway and beyond.

Factory in a Box
To unlock scalability, we are developing Factory in a Box (FIB):
A mobile manufacturing system that moves production closer to the construction site.

Instead of transporting large volumes of finished materials across long distances, we bring production to where homes are needed.

• Lower logistics costs

• Faster project execution

• Local job creation

• Increased resilience in regional supply chains
